Who we are
Fitness Factory Performance is built on experience, grit, and a mission to help people train with purpose — and live with intention.
Founded by coach Mark Barrett, the system is backed by over 14 years of coaching and real-world results. From completing 19 marathons, OCR and Hyrox events, boxing and Ultra marathons, to helping everyday men and women transform their bodies and mindsets — this isn’t about trends or quick fixes. It’s about showing up, putting in the work, and becoming the strongest version of yourself — physically and mentally.
We run outdoor bootcamps and small group training in Copthorne (South) and Sandbach (North), built around our proven Bootcamp System: Power, Engine, Burn, and Hybrid. Whether you want to lose fat, build muscle, train for events, or just feel like you again — we’ve got your back.

At Fitness Factory Performance, we don’t throw random workouts together and hope for the best.

Our Bootcamp System runs across two locations — Copthorne (South) and Sandbach (North) — and is built around four key session types:

A resistance-based session focused on strength, form, and lean muscle.
We use kit like dumbbells, sleds, bands, and bodyweight to help you get stronger and more confident in your body.
Perfect for those wanting to tone up, lift heavier, and build long-term fitness. -
BOOTCAMP ENGINE
Boost Your Stamina. Burn Fat. Improve Conditioning.
This is your endurance session — built around pacing, volume, and mental grit.
We use AMRAPs, EMOMs, circuits and partner work to push your work capacity and build next-level fitness.
Expect big calorie burns and a real sense of progress. -
BOOTCAMP BURN
Short Bursts. Big Sweat. Serious Results.
A high-intensity conditioning session designed to torch fat, improve agility, and boost energy.
Think short rounds, explosive movements, and fast transitions — using bodyweight, cardio kit, and minimal rest.
You’ll leave sweaty, smiling, and proud. -
BOOTCAMP HYBRID
The Ultimate Weekend Challenge.
One hour. One team. One big finish to the week.
Hybrid combines strength, burn and engine into a full-body test — often partner or team-based.
Perfect prep for Hyrox or OCR events, or just a great weekend blowout.
